Terms of Service
1. What this is
The kvn client is open-source software under the MIT license. You use it, we build it. Here are the rules.
2. You're responsible for your traffic
kvn can't see what you do online. Illegal use is your responsibility. We don't encourage or assist in breaking the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You're responsible for your server
Your imported subscription runs through your VPN provider's infrastructure. We're not responsible for their uptime, pricing, usage policies, or legal compliance.
4. Paid hosting (when it arrives)
That will be a separate agreement with its own rules for payment, cancellation, and support. This section doesn't apply yet.
5. Open source
The client code is MIT-licensed: github.com/kvn-app/kvn/blob/main/LICENSE. Support is best-effort, no formal SLA.
6. Changes
Material changes are announced in Telegram and GitHub releases 30 days before they take effect.
7. Jurisdiction
Not yet fixed (pending the project's legal entity registration). Disputes are governed by the laws of the country where the rights holder resides at the time of the dispute.
